This website is operated by Amazing Grace Bible Church Global Ltd. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Registered details are in our legal notice, and how we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.
You may read, share and print anything on this site for personal, non-commercial use, and for the life and ministry of your own church. You may not:
Registering for a course is an offer to enrol, which we accept when we confirm your place by email. Some courses have a prerequisite, and we may decline a registration where the prerequisite has not been met.
The fee shown on the course page is the fee you pay. The amount and currency are always set by our server, never by your browser, so the price cannot be altered in transit. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your place is confirmed once Stripe reports that the payment has succeeded, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Our policy: you can cancel at any time before the course starts and we will refund your fee in full. Once the course has started, the fee is not refundable.
Your statutory rights: nothing above takes away the rights you have as a consumer. If you live in the UK or the EU you normally have 14 days from the day we confirm your place to withdraw from the contract. If you asked us to start the course within that period, we may keep an amount in proportion to what has already been delivered. To cancel or withdraw, email us and we will refund by the same method you paid with, normally within 14 days.
Gifts are voluntary and, because they are gifts rather than payment for goods or services, they are not refundable. If you gave the wrong amount or gave twice by mistake, contact us and we will put it right.
A monthly gift continues until you stop it. To change or cancel one, email oami.gospel@gmail.com and we will action it.
Books are sold and delivered by Payhip, not by us. Payhip is the seller of record, handles payment and EU and UK VAT, and its own terms and refund policy apply to your purchase. The book pages on this site are a shop window onto that.
Text, images, course material and the design of this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Sermon videos are hosted on YouTube and playing them here is also subject to YouTube’s terms.
We work to keep this site available and its information correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and service times, events and course dates can change. Please check with the branch if something matters to your plans.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so: that includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss connected with a business use of this site. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.
Where we link to another website, we do not control it and we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
We build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA: it works from the keyboard, respects your text size and reduced-motion settings, and is tested against colour-contrast requirements in both light and dark themes. If you meet a barrier anywhere on the site, tell us at hello@agbcglobal.com and we will fix it and help you get what you needed in the meantime.
These terms are governed by Scots law, and disputes may be brought in the Scottish courts. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top.
