This notice identifies the provider of this website. We publish it in the form German law requires under § 5 DDG, for the sake of our Berlin congregation and the visitors we serve in Germany, and it also satisfies the trader identification rules that apply to us in the UK and the EU.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor third-party information that we transmit or store, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws are unaffected, but liability in that respect arises only from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. If we become aware of any such infringement we will remove the content promptly.
